Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NovoFolio uses customer contact, order and support information. Services still awaiting setup are identified below.

Last updated:

1. Information We Collect

Checkout requires your full name and email address to process your order and identify the intended destination for your digital products. We record these details and any optional phone number you provide with the selected product IDs and add-ons, coupon code, discount, total, currency, payment status, and PayPal order and transaction references. A phone number is optional and is not required to purchase. We do not automatically enrol you in marketing.

PayPal may provide a payer email address after verified payment. We store it separately for payment records; it does not silently replace the delivery email entered at checkout. Full card numbers, security codes, and PayPal passwords are entered with PayPal, not collected by NovoFolio.

The Contact dialog itself does not submit information. If you email us, your email address, message, and any order information you include are received through the support email service. Requests to load pages, fonts, and hosted images expose technical information such as IP address and browser headers to the providers serving them. Production logging and retention settings require verification.

2. How We Use Information

We use your checkout email and order information to process and verify payment, provide access to purchased products, and resolve delivery, license, support and refund questions. The entered address is the intended recipient of order confirmations and secure download emails once email sending is configured. Automatic email sending is not currently enabled; available files are provided on the verified payment confirmation page. We will not use your address for unrelated marketing without your consent.

  • Confirm payments and deliver only the purchased digital resources.
  • Send necessary order and delivery communications once email sending is enabled.
  • Respond to support and refund requests.
  • Protect the service and investigate suspected fraud.
  • Maintain transaction records required for accounting or legal compliance.

3. Payments and Third-Party Providers

Checkout uses PayPal to authorize and capture payment. PayPal processes payment details under its own privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full. Payment credentials must be entered through PayPal, not sent to NovoFolio by email. We confirm successful payment server-side before marking an order paid or granting downloads.

Lovable Cloud stores order information and private product files. Download access is restricted to products in a verified paid order and uses time-limited links. The website is built and hosted through Lovable and serves media through hosted asset URLs. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. These providers receive the requests necessary to serve content; production processing details still require review.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The current application code does not configure a customer analytics tool, advertising pixel, or a custom cookie or browser-storage tracking workflow. Copy Email writes the displayed address to your clipboard only after you choose that action. It does not read other clipboard contents.

The application can report runtime errors to Lovable-provided diagnostic hooks when those hooks are present, and server errors may be logged by the hosting environment. Whether these hooks transmit data on the published site, which diagnostic details are retained, and who can access the logs must be verified before launch.

Hosting and external services may use logs or other technologies outside the site's application code. Their published-site behavior has not yet been verified, so this is not a claim that the website is tracking-free. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy must describe them and appropriate consent and controls must be provided before they operate where required. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary services may affect functionality.

5. Sharing of Information

Information may be disclosed to relevant hosting, email, payment, or delivery providers only as needed to operate the service, fulfil an order, protect security, or meet legal obligations. Disclosure may also occur in response to a valid legal requirement or to protect legal rights, subject to applicable law.

The current application contains no advertising integration or personal-information sale mechanism. This statement describes the website implementation, not a verified claim about all off-site business practices. Any future sharing for advertising or sale must be accurately disclosed with the rights and choices required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

Support correspondence and, when applicable, transaction records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, fulfil purchases, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Specific retention schedules have not yet been confirmed and must be established before launch.

The hosted website is accessed over HTTPS. Access to correspondence and order records should be restricted to people who need it. No transmission or storage method is completely secure; we do not promise absolute security. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.

7. Customer Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Email the contact address below with your request. We may request proportionate identity or order verification before disclosing information, and explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fully fulfilled.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Records required by law may need to be retained. If optional marketing is introduced, its messages must provide an unsubscribe method; you may also email us to request that marketing stop. Essential order or support communications are separate from optional marketing.

8. International Processing

Hosted content and email or future payment services may involve processing in countries other than yours. Provider locations and transfer arrangements have not yet been confirmed. Before enabling services that process personal information internationally, NovoFolio must verify relevant legal requirements and safeguards and update this policy where necessary.

9. Children's Privacy

NovoFolio is intended for adults purchasing and using digital resources, not for collecting information from children. Children should not submit personal information or place orders without any consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child's information has been provided, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where required, subject to lawful retention obligations.

10. Policy Updates

Updates will be published on this page with a revised Last updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required. New services must not be described as operating until their actual collection and processing practices are confirmed.

11. Contact

For questions or requests, use the contact email below. Please include enough information for us to identify your purchase or understand your concern, but never send full payment-card details.
