NovoFolio is a digital resource library offering ebooks, guides, workbooks, planners, checklists, templates, editable creator tools, mockups, covers, and related digital materials. These terms govern access to the website and purchases made through its configured checkout. The legal operator's details remain subject to the pre-launch review noted below.

Please review these terms before using the website or placing an order. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Before purchase, the applicable terms and product license should be available for review. If checkout includes an acceptance checkbox or equivalent confirmation, that action records your acceptance; no such purchase confirmation is currently implemented on this site. Nothing here replaces any consent or disclosure required by law.

Products are downloadable digital materials, not physical goods. Review the product description, included formats, license, and any software requirements before purchasing.

Checkout is not currently connected. Once purchasing is enabled, the checkout must describe how files are delivered after successful payment confirmation, such as a download page, secure link, or delivery email. This policy does not promise a particular delivery speed or method before that process is confirmed. Contact us if a confirmed purchase is not delivered or a file cannot be accessed.

Review the price, currency, and total shown at checkout before authorizing payment. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges must be disclosed where required. An order is subject to successful payment confirmation; an attempted or pending payment does not by itself confirm an order.

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with the promotion and displayed at checkout. Confirm that a discount has been applied before paying. Prices may change for future orders; a later change does not alter a completed purchase's agreed price.

Provide accurate order and contact information, keep receipts, and protect access to download links and files. You are responsible for using resources in accordance with their licenses and applicable law.

• Do not submit fraudulent orders, abuse payment systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not share restricted download links or paid files with people who are not licensed to receive them.
• Check compatibility and license permissions before using a resource in a project.

NovoFolio's original branding and website content, and protected materials made available through the library, remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing access or a product grants only the permissions expressly stated in the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright, exclusivity, or ownership of third-party materials.

You may use, customize, publish, or resell a resource only when its specific license permits the intended activity. Permission for one product does not apply to another. If permissions are unclear, contact us before distributing the material.

• No unauthorized redistribution, public sharing of restricted files, or sublicensing.
• No infringement of third-party rights or removal of required attribution.
• No misrepresentation of authorship, ownership, or license permissions.

Hosting, payment processing, delivery, or other functions may involve third-party providers. Their services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies when using an external checkout or service. Provider involvement does not remove any rights you have against NovoFolio under applicable law.

Resources may be corrected, updated, or discontinued. We do not promise lifetime updates or permanent hosting of downloads. Changes to future availability do not remove obligations relating to completed orders or statutory rights. Keep a lawful backup of purchased files where the product license allows it.

Our Refund Policy explains the advertised money-back guarantee, how to request a refund, and assistance for delivery or payment problems. That policy forms part of the purchase terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Resources are provided for general informational and practical use, not as individualized legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Assess whether a resource is suitable for your circumstances. No specific financial, commercial, marketing, or business result is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, NovoFolio is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of resources or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, statutory remedies, liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.

Revised terms will be published here with an updated date and apply prospectively from that date unless another effective date is stated. Material changes affecting an existing order will be communicated where required and will not retroactively remove agreed rights without a lawful basis.
